Two ways to work with a local manufacturing studio: send an instant RFQ for an engineer-checked price, or bring an engineer in from concept to production. Same shop, same standards.
You have a file. Send an instant RFQ with your material, finish and quantity in one upload — no back-and-forth — and get a firm price usually within one business day.
You have an idea or a problem. Work directly with an engineer on CAD, prototyping, and the path to a manufacturable product.
Drop in a STEP or STL with material, finish and quantity — everything we need in one upload, no email thread. An engineer checks the file and sends a firm price, usually within one business day.

Resin, filament and nylon powder through one shop and one point of contact, so your part is made on the right process in the right material — not whatever happens to be free.
SLA uses a precision laser to cure liquid resin layer by layer into solid parts. The process produces exceptionally smooth surfaces, fine feature resolution, and sharp detail, making it ideal for visual models, molds, medical components, and applications where surface quality is critical.
Form 4BL
FDM builds parts by extruding thermoplastic filament layer by layer in a heated, enclosed chamber. It is the fastest and most cost-effective route to durable parts, well suited to functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, housings, and low-volume production across a fleet of machines.
Bambu Lab H2S
SLS uses a high-powered laser to fuse layers of powdered polymer into solid parts. Because parts are supported by surrounding powder, SLS enables complex geometries, internal features, and moving assemblies without support structures, making it well suited for durable, production-grade components.

A small selection of the work — there is a good deal more where these came from.
AEROSPACEOptimisation stripped material from everywhere the load path wasn’t using it, cutting the frame’s weight while holding its stiffness where the loads actually run. The organic geometry that falls out of that has no tool path and no draw direction — printing is the only way the part exists.
CONSUMERDesigned from scratch around the grower’s flow layout, with the distribution channels routed through the inside of the body rather than plumbed around it. Those internal passages can’t be drilled or moulded — the part only exists because it’s printed.
INDUSTRIALA vacuum fitting failed on a running line with no spare on the shelf and a long wait for the original. We modelled a replacement, printed it in a rigid resin and had it back on the floor in under twelve hours.
“I’ve worked with Ethan for almost a year now 3D printing pottery tools. It started out as an idea and we did not expect the great turnout of sharing our pottery tools worldwide. Ethan is extremely motivated, has fair pricing, and will get the job done in a timely manner. Easy to communicate with, can customize any requests, and very professional. I am looking forward to all future projects with him and recommend working with Ethan.”
