In their words

From people who’ve ordered.

“I’ve worked with Ethan for almost a year now 3D printing pottery tools. It started out as an idea and we did not expect the great turnout of sharing our pottery tools worldwide. Ethan is extremely motivated, has fair pricing, and will get the job done in a timely manner. Easy to communicate with, can customize any requests, and very professional. I am looking forward to all future projects with him and recommend working with Ethan.”

Local & on-demand

Instant RFQs for 3D printing in Kitchener–Waterloo.

Limitless Design MFG is a local 3D printing and manufacturing studio serving Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Hamilton and the Greater Toronto Area. Our instant RFQ lets you upload and configure SLA and FDM parts in a few minutes, then approve a firm price and order online — ideal for startups, engineers, product teams, and anyone who needs parts made fast without the back-and-forth of a manual quote.

Because we're local, there's no inter-city shipping delay: collect your parts in person in Kitchener–Waterloo, or have them shipped across the region. For bigger projects, our team can take you from a napkin sketch to a manufacturable product with CAD, prototyping and design-for-manufacture under one roof.

Common questions

Instant RFQs, answered.

How fast will I get a price?
Usually within one business day. An engineer checks every file for printability, orientation and the right material before it’s priced, so the price you approve is the price you pay. Volume discounts apply automatically on larger runs.
What file format should I upload?
STEP (.step/.stp) gives the most accurate quote. The quote tool also takes STL, OBJ and IGES; for 3MF or anything else, send it through Talk to an Engineer. If you only have a sketch or a physical part, use our CAD & design service instead.
How fast will I get my parts?
Most SLA and FDM jobs ship in 1–4 days. Large-format and finished or assembled parts take a little longer — the lead time is shown with your quote.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single prototype or a full production batch — pricing scales with quantity and volume discounts apply automatically.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes — local pickup is available in Kitchener–Waterloo, and we ship across the Waterloo Region, the GTA, and beyond.
Which is cheaper, SLA or FDM?
FDM is usually more cost-effective for larger parts and higher quantities; SLA wins when you need fine detail, smooth surfaces, or watertight/clear parts. Ask for both and we’ll price them side by side.
What if my part needs finishing or assembly?
Add finishing at checkout where available, or reach out and we'll quote sanding, painting, heatset inserts, and multi-part assembly.
Do you handle confidential or NDA projects?
Yes — we routinely work with startups and product teams under NDA. Your files are used only to produce your parts.
