About Limitless Design MFG

Established in 2022, Limitless Design MFG started with a single goal — make professional-grade manufacturing accessible to everyone. What began as a 3D printing operation has grown into a full-service custom engineering and manufacturing studio.

We offer an end-to-end service envelope spanning CAD design, 3D scanning, high-precision SLA and FDM 3D printing, and custom metal fabrication — a true one-stop shop from concept to finished product. Our equipment is best-in-class: state-of-the-art Formlabs SLA printers for ultra-precise resin parts, and large-format FDM capable of tackling complex, oversized builds that most shops simply can't handle.

We work with an extensive range of materials — from 20+ SLA resin grades including biocompatible, flexible, rigid and high-temp, to engineering FDM filaments like carbon fibre nylon, PETG, ABS, ASA and TPU, through to mild steel, stainless and aluminium on the fabrication side. Whatever your application demands, we have the material for it.
