End effectors, housings, mounts and cable management designed around the boards, actuators and sensors they carry — iterated as fast as the build does.

Robotics moves in revisions, not releases. Print a mount, fit it, find the problem, change it, print it again — with local pickup in Kitchener–Waterloo there is no shipping delay between versions.
Compliant TPU fingers, structural arms in carbon-fibre nylon, and jaws profiled to the part being picked.
Designed around the board outline, connector positions and mounting holes you send us.
Sensor, camera and actuator mounts built around the hardware instead of shimmed until it fits.
Glands, grommets, strain reliefs and routing blocks that make a build look deliberate.
Static-dissipative trays, jigs and fixtures for working around populated boards.
Nylon running surfaces that stay low-friction without added lubrication in light-duty motion.
Resin, filament and nylon powder through one shop and one point of contact — so your part is made on the right process in the right material, not whatever happens to be free.
Form 4BL
SLA uses a precision laser to cure liquid resin layer by layer into solid parts. The process produces exceptionally smooth surfaces, fine feature resolution, and sharp detail, making it ideal for visual models, molds, medical components, and applications where surface quality is critical.
Bambu Lab H2S
FDM builds parts by extruding thermoplastic filament layer by layer in a heated, enclosed chamber. It is the fastest and most cost-effective route to durable parts, well suited to functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, housings, and low-volume production across a fleet of machines.
PA12 Nylon
SLS uses a high-powered laser to fuse layers of powdered polymer into solid parts. Because parts are supported by surrounding powder, SLS enables complex geometries, internal features, and moving assemblies without support structures, making it well suited for durable, production-grade components.
