Selective laser sintering builds strong, isotropic nylon parts in a bed of powder — so complex geometry, internal channels, and interlocking assemblies print without a single support. Design review, material selection, build management and inspection all run through us, so it’s one quote and one point of contact from file to finished part.
SLS is a production process with its own rules, and most of what determines whether a part works is decided before the laser ever fires. We review your model against SLS-specific design guidance — wall thickness, escape holes, clearance on captive features, nesting and orientation — then select the right nylon for the load, temperature and finish you need.
From there we manage the build through to inspection of every part before it reaches you, plus any bead-blasting, dyeing, tumbling or sealing the job calls for. One quote, one point of contact, one invoice. If your project also needs SLA or FDM parts, they’re quoted and delivered alongside it.

Lattice bracketSLS runs in PA12 nylon — tough, chemically resistant, and dimensionally stable, and the right answer for the large majority of sintered parts. Other nylons and filled grades can be sourced when an application calls for one.
A quick, honest comparison — we offer all three, so we have no reason to push you toward one.
Send the model and quantity — we’ll quote it, and tell you honestly if another process would serve you better.
