Housings & hardware for network and RF gear.

Enclosures, antenna and radome prototypes, mounting hardware and cable management for communications equipment — printed in UV-stable, heat-tolerant materials that hold up outdoors.

Telecom & Communications
Where we help

What we make for comms teams.

▣

Enclosures & housings

Weather-resistant housings for radios, gateways, sensors and edge hardware — sealed, vented, and sized to your board.

◉

Antenna & radome prototypes

Non-conductive, low-density housings and radome shells for fitment and form testing before you commit to tooling.

▤

Mounts & brackets

Pole, mast, wall and rack mounts built around your hardware instead of forcing it into a generic bracket.

⚙

Cable management

Custom glands, grommets, strain reliefs and routing blocks that make an install look deliberate.

▬

Rack & panel parts

Blanking panels, faceplates, port adapters and rack accessories in the quantities you actually need.

↻

Field & install tooling

Alignment jigs, drilling templates, and printed spares that keep crews moving on site.

Capabilities

What we bring to the table.

Resin, filament and nylon powder through one shop and one point of contact — so your part is made on the right process in the right material, not whatever happens to be free.

Common questions

Answered.

Will printed parts survive outdoors?
In the right material, yes. ASA is the workhorse for outdoor comms hardware — it holds up to UV and weather far better than PLA or PETG — and polycarbonate adds heat and impact resistance. Tell us the mounting environment and temperature range and we’ll match the material.
Can you print antenna housings and radomes?
We print prototypes and low-volume housings in non-conductive polymers, which is what most radome shells and antenna covers need. We don’t characterise RF performance — that testing stays on your side — but we’ll print the geometry and wall thicknesses you specify.
Can you match an existing enclosure or mount?
Yes — bring the part or a drawing and we’ll 3D scan and reverse-engineer it, whether you need an exact replacement or a modified version that fits new hardware.
Do you handle small production runs?
Yes. Once a design is settled we save the print profile and run repeatable batches through our batch & bridge production service, with volume pricing as quantities grow.
