Custom jigs, fixtures, replacement parts, and low-volume production tooling — durable parts that keep your line moving, made fast and locally.

Assembly aids, drill guides and locating fixtures tailored to your part and process, in materials that take a beating.
Recreate a broken, discontinued or hard-to-source part from a sample or a drawing, without waiting on a supplier.
Bridge tooling and short-run production parts that keep you moving while injection tooling is built or justified.
Go/no-go gauges, checking fixtures and profile templates made to your part rather than adapted from stock.
Covers, chutes, hoppers, handles and brackets sized to the machine instead of the catalogue.
Vice jaws, nests and locating blocks that hold an awkward part securely without marking the finish.
Resin, filament and nylon powder through one shop and one point of contact — so your part is made on the right process in the right material, not whatever happens to be free.
Form 4BL
SLA uses a precision laser to cure liquid resin layer by layer into solid parts. The process produces exceptionally smooth surfaces, fine feature resolution, and sharp detail, making it ideal for visual models, molds, medical components, and applications where surface quality is critical.
Bambu Lab H2S
FDM builds parts by extruding thermoplastic filament layer by layer in a heated, enclosed chamber. It is the fastest and most cost-effective route to durable parts, well suited to functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, housings, and low-volume production across a fleet of machines.
PA12 Nylon
SLS uses a high-powered laser to fuse layers of powdered polymer into solid parts. Because parts are supported by surrounding powder, SLS enables complex geometries, internal features, and moving assemblies without support structures, making it well suited for durable, production-grade components.
“Working with Ethan is an absolute breeze. He consistently offers up viable design and print solutions for my team and me in the never ending pursuit to build better grow systems. He is amazing at both interpreting and designing useful products in a way that continues to excite my design ideas and fuel my innovation. If I can dream it, he can bring it to life. Highly recommended by the crew at OGGO Growth Systems Inc.”
