High-spec parts where accuracy matters.

Prototypes, fixtures, and lightweight components where dimensional accuracy and material consistency are critical.

Aerospace
Where we help

Held to a tighter standard.

Aerospace work demands repeatability. We print with documented materials and process settings, hold tight tolerances on the Form 4BL and our FDM farm, and favour lightweight carbon-fibre nylon for stiffness-to-weight.

▲

Lightweight structural parts

Carbon-fibre nylon brackets and mounts for the places where stiffness-to-weight is the whole constraint.

◇

UAV airframes & components

Arms, booms, housings and payload mounts for drone builds and test articles.

▤

Assembly & inspection tooling

Drill templates, locating fixtures and gauges held to tight, documented tolerances.

⚙

Ground-support hardware

Handling fixtures, trolleys, covers and protective caps for equipment on the ground.

◉

Wind-tunnel & test models

Smooth, dimensionally accurate models for aerodynamic and fitment testing.

▬

Ducting & interior parts

Airflow paths and cabin components, with flame-retardant grades available on request.

Capabilities

What we bring to the table.

Resin, filament and nylon powder through one shop and one point of contact — so your part is made on the right process in the right material, not whatever happens to be free.

Common questions

Answered.

What tolerances can you hold?
Typically around ±0.1mm depending on geometry, process and material, with layer heights as fine as 25µm on SLA for high-detail work.
Do you offer lightweight materials?
Yes — carbon-fibre nylon gives excellent stiffness-to-weight, and we’ll recommend the best material for your strength and weight targets.
Can you document materials and process?
We can supply the material and process details we used for your parts so they’re repeatable run to run.
Do you make flight-certified parts?
We produce prototypes, tooling, fixtures and ground-support hardware. For flight-certified components, talk to us about your specific certification requirements.
