Parts built around the hardware inside.

End effectors, housings, mounts and cable management designed around the boards, actuators and sensors they carry — iterated as fast as the build does.

Robotics & Electronics
Where we help

Keep pace with the build.

Robotics moves in revisions, not releases. Print a mount, fit it, find the problem, change it, print it again — with local pickup in Kitchener–Waterloo there is no shipping delay between versions.

⚙

End effectors & grippers

Compliant TPU fingers, structural arms in carbon-fibre nylon, and jaws profiled to the part being picked.

▣

Enclosures & board housings

Designed around the board outline, connector positions and mounting holes you send us.

▤

Mounts & brackets

Sensor, camera and actuator mounts built around the hardware instead of shimmed until it fits.

▬

Cable management

Glands, grommets, strain reliefs and routing blocks that make a build look deliberate.

◉

ESD-safe handling parts

Static-dissipative trays, jigs and fixtures for working around populated boards.

↻

Gears, bushings & motion parts

Nylon running surfaces that stay low-friction without added lubrication in light-duty motion.

Capabilities

What we bring to the table.

Resin, filament and nylon powder through one shop and one point of contact — so your part is made on the right process in the right material, not whatever happens to be free.

Common questions

Answered.

Can you print static-safe parts for electronics?
Yes — ESD-safe PETG and nylon grades are available for trays, jigs and handling fixtures where static is a risk around populated boards.
Can you design the housing around my board?
Yes. Send the board outline, connector positions and mounting holes — or the board itself — and we’ll design the enclosure around it, including standoffs, vents and cable routing.
What about end effectors and grippers?
A common job. Compliant fingers in TPU, structural arms in carbon-fibre nylon, and jaws profiled to the part being picked — usually a few iterations before one sticks.
Can printed parts handle continuous motion?
Nylon gears, bushings and bearing surfaces run low-friction without added lubrication and hold up well in light-duty motion. Tell us the load and duty cycle and we’ll tell you honestly where the limit is.
