Enclosures, antenna and radome prototypes, mounting hardware and cable management for communications equipment — printed in UV-stable, heat-tolerant materials that hold up outdoors.

Weather-resistant housings for radios, gateways, sensors and edge hardware — sealed, vented, and sized to your board.
Non-conductive, low-density housings and radome shells for fitment and form testing before you commit to tooling.
Pole, mast, wall and rack mounts built around your hardware instead of forcing it into a generic bracket.
Custom glands, grommets, strain reliefs and routing blocks that make an install look deliberate.
Blanking panels, faceplates, port adapters and rack accessories in the quantities you actually need.
Alignment jigs, drilling templates, and printed spares that keep crews moving on site.
Resin, filament and nylon powder through one shop and one point of contact — so your part is made on the right process in the right material, not whatever happens to be free.
Form 4BL
SLA uses a precision laser to cure liquid resin layer by layer into solid parts. The process produces exceptionally smooth surfaces, fine feature resolution, and sharp detail, making it ideal for visual models, molds, medical components, and applications where surface quality is critical.
Bambu Lab H2S
FDM builds parts by extruding thermoplastic filament layer by layer in a heated, enclosed chamber. It is the fastest and most cost-effective route to durable parts, well suited to functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, housings, and low-volume production across a fleet of machines.
PA12 Nylon
SLS uses a high-powered laser to fuse layers of powdered polymer into solid parts. Because parts are supported by surrounding powder, SLS enables complex geometries, internal features, and moving assemblies without support structures, making it well suited for durable, production-grade components.
