Support removal, sanding, priming and paint, heatset and threaded inserts, and multi-part assembly — so what lands on your bench is finished, not raw. The last 10% that turns a print into a product.

How much work a part needs after printing is mostly decided before it is printed. Here is what each of the three leaves on the bench, and what we do to it from there.
Resin parts come off the machine smooth, so they take paint with very little preparation — supports clipped, witness marks sanded flush, then primer and colour. Clear resins can be polished back to optical clarity.
Filament parts trade resolution for toughness, so the work goes into hiding the layers — sanding, filler primer, then paint. Heatset inserts give real metal threads, and oversized parts are printed in sections, bonded and blended.
Sintered nylon needs the least attention of the three: an even matte texture straight out of the powder and no support marks to sand off. Parts can be bead-blasted, dyed through in black, or sealed for a smoother feel.
Supports removed and blemishes cleaned so parts look intentional, not printed.
Stepped sanding to knock down layer lines toward a smooth, even surface.
Primed and painted to your colour or spec for a professional, finished look.
Brass inserts installed for durable, reusable threaded fastening.
Multi-part products bonded, fitted, and assembled so they arrive complete.
Parts checked against your requirements before they leave the shop.
