Many parts, printed in parallel.

A managed fleet of 10 Bambu Lab printers running the same job across multiple machines at once — so a hundred parts take about as long as ten. Fast, consistent, and the most cost-effective way to get volume in standard engineering materials.

Why a fleet

Throughput you can’t get from one printer.

A single printer is a bottleneck: a hundred parts is a hundred sequential prints. We run a fleet of 10 Bambu Lab machines loaded with the same material and profile, so your job is split across them and finishes in a fraction of the time — with every part coming off an identically configured machine.

This is the right lane for standard engineering materials at volume: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and carbon-fibre blends. Need exotic polymers like PEEK or PPS? That’s high-performance FDM. Need something bigger than the bed? That’s large-format.

Best for

When fleet printing wins.

▦

Production runs

Tens to thousands of identical parts at a predictable unit cost and lead time.

⏱

Tight deadlines

Parallel printing compresses a week of sequential prints into a day or two.

▤

Jigs & fixtures in sets

Outfit a whole line or team at once instead of one station at a time.

✦

Product launches

Bridge volume before injection tooling is justified or ready.

↻

Recurring reorders

Saved profiles mean every repeat run matches the last one.

⚙

Multi-part assemblies

Print every component of an assembly simultaneously, not sequentially.

Materials

Standard engineering filaments, stocked deep.

We keep volume quantities on hand so a large run never stalls waiting on material.

Common questions

Fleet printing, answered.

How many parts can you run at once?
Because jobs are split across multiple machines, quantity mostly affects cost rather than lead time. Runs from tens to thousands are routine — send your file and quantity and we’ll confirm the schedule.
Are parts consistent across machines?
Yes — every machine in the fleet runs the same saved profile and material, and each batch is checked against spec before it ships.
How does pricing work at volume?
Unit cost drops as quantity grows, with volume tiers built into every quote. For large or recurring runs, see batch & bridge production.
What if I need an exotic material?
The fleet runs standard engineering filaments. For PEEK, PPS, PPA and other advanced polymers, see high-performance FDM.
Can you hold my profile for reorders?
Yes — once a run is dialled in we save the profile so repeat orders are fast and identical.
